I just spent 2-1/2 HOURS on the Synchrony Bank website & spoke with - different representatives on the phone, simply trying to change my password, as the Bank is requiring. It was a NIGHTMARE! The Bank makes it almost impossible to get access to my own money. The instructions to change the password are incomplete, and the representatives did n't seem to know what the problems were or how to correct them. - of them tried to connect me with the Bank 's " IT '' representatives, and I was disconnected twice. The Bank required that my password be changed, yet they made it nearly impossible to do it, since the instructions were so unclear. I have decided to take my money out of Synchrony and put it into my - money market accounts, so that I do n't have to deal with a confusing and unclear website every time I want to access my money. The - website is much simpler and easier to use.
