Vehicle loan Problems when you are unable to pay New Jersey
My - - - was Reposessed by Wells Fargo Bank on -/-/-. Wells Fargo hired a company called - that then subcontracted with - - - out of -, PA. Upon learning that my vehicle was Reposessed I contacted IRS in order to recover my Personal Property. I was informed that my vehicle had been transported out of state and that my property would cost me $75.00 to have it returned. In addition I was told I was not allowed to have the Ball Hitch that I had purchased because it was " attached '' to the vehicle. I asked the manager there what if my boat had been attached to the hitch and she laughed and said " bye bye boat '' I reached out to Wells Fargo because I had been told numerous Consumer laws had been violated throughout the repossession process. The agent drug the vehicle out of my driveway leaving over - ' of skid marks down the driveway and out onto a main road. In addition I am being told that the Ball Hitch and Lockong Pin, most definitely needed to be returned, and also that IRS was required to keep the vehicle in the state it was Reposessed in and they actually transported it over an - drive from my home.
