I opened a Chase - checking account on - - of 2016. I wanted to use a coupon offer I received in the mail for $300.00, I provided the coupon when I opened the account. I have met all the requirements that were required to receive the $300.00 bonus, I have asked several times for them to honor the coupon and my requests have been ignored. It has been nearly 3 months and I have yet to receive the $300.00 bonus that Chase has promised me. I have no choice but to file a complaint with the CFPB.
