We experienced a fraudulent transaction on our business account in - -. This transaction was initiated by a former employee who was not authorized to make such a transaction. After reporting it, this transaction was reversed but due to the failure of Wells Fargo business banking specialist, - -, to remove this individual 's access to the account, the identical transaction was processed in early - -. After reporting it once again, this time Wells Fargo did not address the issue. Instead, I was locked out of our account and not granted access despite providing the documentations proving that I was the only authorized individual to access this account. Despite repeated requests, I was unable to access our accounts until I escalated this matter to the regional supervisor, -.


As soon as I regained access to our accounts, I made the outstanding payments on our credit cards. I then became aware, however, that our credit cards were closed to delinquency and all of our points have been forfeited. I was only unable to make these payments because Wells Fargo had revoked my access to the accounts. I made the payments as soon as I regained access and I was assured by - - that our accounts would not be closed until we had the opportunity to redeem these points. As such, I am disputing the balances on these credit cards until our points are reinstated and we have been able to redeem them. This was entirely the result of - - 's incompetence and subsequent delays instead of just quickly remedying his mistake.
