Citibank Credit card department,
Dear Sir or Madam, here is the issue I just recently went by dealing with Citi Bank credit card : last week I received an email from - - about opening a new credit card with Citi Bank because I already have some miles with them and they now offered more benefits and I choose to go with it and used my home computer and started on - - website which later transfer my directly to the Citi Bank website so when I filled out all my data online Citi Bank confirmed right away on the same screen on their website that I was approved for $4000.00 credit card and offered 0 % interest on the balance transfer for first 21 months if I choose it right now as well as to add an authorised user so I added my wife and requested $3500.00 balance transfer Citi Bank charged me a bit over $100.00 for it as they said only one time fee and said that it will be no interest for 21 months but when I received actual card today the Citi Bank wrote me totally different things saying that I have to pay them 22.24 % since the
I was trying to log in on my account with them to see what 's going on but Citi Bank showed there a message it is an error and they sorry about it ... I called Citi Bank via my cellphone and in an hour was speaking with their technical department and they said cause some issues on their end they there flashed everything I had on my account and asked me to start over to set everything again from nothing ... I did as they said because they was all the time with me on the phone directing what to do and I asked them about my offer for balance transfer with 0 % interest for first 21 months - they said yes it is available but I need to speak with customer service about it and they transfer me to them only thing that Citi Bank customer Service representative on the phone said yes they have this 0 % balance transfer offer for first 21 months but my data do n't have any records about it and they not turned it on in my case I asked to speak with Citi Bank supervisor / manager about this issue but she said if I do n't have paper / picture confirmation which I must take on my own while my initial application and approval was done on their website - she can not reapply the same offer they offered me since the beginning and they going to charge me for full price and all interest ... I think this is perfect set up for making people trapped to pay high interest by false advertising and computer tricks which the Citi Bank is doing on purpose to gain profit!!!! please help me out - I want my original offer / conditions to be applied as it was on promotional balance transfer with 0 % interest for first 21 months
