U.S. Bancorp Credit card department,
There is a fraudulent charge on my account. I have contacted the fraud department on numerous occasions about the matter. However, now they refuse to speak with me about the matter and - of the representatives went as far as to yell at me and then hang up when I only asked for her to repeat - sentence because I was taking notes.
