U.S. Bancorp Credit card department,
I previously filed a complaint with the CFPB and am extremely disappointed in US Banks response! It seems as though they are not reading my complaints at all ( or maybe they are in cahoots with the fraudulent merchant ). My complaint was NOT about an error on my bill! I was scammed by a company and they did n't even address the issue. What is the point of having a credit card if the issuing bank wo n't even investigate my concerns?
