JPMorgan Chase & Co. Credit card department,

Identity theft / Fraud / Embezzlement Illinois

My Credit Card number was stolen. Someone charged multiple charges on - of my credit cards. - credit card company credited it back immediately and that was it. The other Chase Bank has refused to remove it and insists the purchase was made by me when it was n't. I do n't know what else to do. Please help.
