On -/-/-, I made a purchase on - with my American Express - Card for wine " futures '' - wines which I pay for now, that will be delivered up to 3 years later. Unfortunately, the merchant, - filed for Chapter - Bankruptcy protection ( during the 3-year waiting period on -/-/- ) and wo n't be shipping the wine to me. I have neither received the product, nor a refund from -. American Express is refusing to issue a refund, stating that they only have 540 days from the date of the transaction, to start a dispute. Unfortunately, the clock should start after the product was supposed to be delivered, not after the initial transaction. - - - wines are often purchased as " futures '' two or three years in advance of receipt. I am requesting a full refund of my AME- purchase for $3300.00. Can you please help me?
