This card was created and charged at a dental office. I was quoted a price of - dollars for services and told that they had a credit card I could apply for there. - is the place. anyway while i was under - they had me sign some papers. when I received the first bill it said - or somewhere around there.I called the dental office and spoke to a worker in bills and payment and she said well, they said i had more - that were distressed and it cost more, but yet they didnt tell me that up front. then also Im on medicaid and i found out they also charged them for some things they had charged the credit card. I was angry and refused to pay the credit card for awhile but then i didnt want my credit to be ruined so i agreed to large payments each month till i paid off the principle because i didnt know what else to do. but now they want the interest for the year i refused to pay and i dont feel i should have to pay that. because i was lied to, to begin with. that was in 2014 and they have turned it over to a collection agency and they keep posting it and its dropping my fico and credit score. I pay my bills, and im - on time, I hate this situation but I refuse to pay for something i never agreed to from the beginning, even though I did pay the principle in which i think that was theft to begin with. please help if you can.. thank you
