As Bank of America is aware similar " Small Balance Adjustment '' fees have been removed from my account on the following dates : -/-/- -/-/- -/-/- -/-/- -/-/- - I was informed on many occasions by Bank of America that this is a system error and given various dates as to when this system error will be corrected.
