Citibank Credit card department,
I paid off my Macy 's American Express credit card - 2015. The card had - lines and I sent - separate bank cashier checks. - 2015 I checked account to make sure payment had been applied. Both lines had been closed yet payments not applied. I spoke with customer service and faxed copy of both cashiers checks that had cleared bank in - 2015. One payment was applied to the store line of credit but the Amex side has still not been applied 7 months later after numerous faxes and calls to company.
