I applied for a PayDay Loan on - - at the Money Mart store -. My check was presented to and paid by - - Bank on - -, 2016. I went to the store to reapply for the loan and was told I could not do o because the loan was delinquent and to come back the next day. I thought this unusual as in the past producing a bank statement showing the paid check was sufficient. Today, - -, I went to a different store, - - - - - - - and was given a letter from Monetary - of California Inc dba Money Mart stating there was a current outstanding loan and only - loan was permitted at a time. This company has had my money ( - ) since - -, and insist I am delinquent.
