I paid for a private loan under Genesis for a program I attended in an - - that is now closed down. I am eligible for a federal loan settlement due to the campus, program, and year I attended ; it is one of the many that are being sued for giving false information to students about job placement rates since - -. I paid for a Genesis loan, and asides from having been sued in - for high-interest rates and causing 60 % of students to default while going to school, it turns out that from the start students were lied to about the chances of finding a job. I want a refund from this loan and can not get ahold of my private Genesis lender.
