My - - credit card with Barclay was closed by bank on -/-/16 without any explanation. However I had - reward points accumulated from my previous purchases. I contacted Barclay to redeem my points, but they refused stating that my account was closed and I ca n't redeem any points. I have not violated any rules and I have earned my points according to all terms and conditions. It looks like bank is using these practice to annul points that customers earned.
