I applied for a targeted offer for an Citi - - Platinum Select Master Card with a - mile bonus offer after spending $3000.00 in the first - months and Citibank said I was ineligible to receive such an offer. There was no mention of this in the application, and a phone representative confirmed I was eligible for the bonus before I agreed to submit my application.
