I give Citi 6 months to resolve this issue and eventually the falsely claimed I was not eligible. The application was submitted on -/-/- with Application Id : - Response from citi Date : - -, - - EST Please be advised that because this offer was posted online in error we are still working to resolve this issue ; only the account that were was opened during the time in which this offer was advertised will be eligible for the bonus points. The adjustment of bonus ThankYou Points for applicable accounts is scheduled to occur during the -/-/- billing cycle.
