Me and my husband have a vehicle financed through United Auto Credit Corporation. On -/-/16, I spoked with someone in account recovery and they decided to give us an extension on our payment until -/-/16. Last week I received a call about a payment. I explained to the representative that I had an extension and my payment is not due until -/-/16. He asked me did I have the documents and I read the extension to him. He told me that he was sorry about the call and to just make sure I made the payment on -/-/16. Someone called my husband and told him that if a payment is not made, they will come and get the vehicle. Today -/-/16, I got a call from another rep.I explained to him about the Extension.He told me that it was a mistake. I told him that from -/-/16 - -/-/16, they 're just now calling me and want to say it was a mistake.That mistake should have been caught the same day. He started getting smart with me and telling me what I am going to do, so I asked him for his - repeated my name.I said to him again what was his name, and he said -.I asked what was his last name and he said I will not be getting it.I told him to hold on and got - of my co-workers phone to use the recording. When I got on the phone, I recorded the rest of the conversation. I should not be harassed when there was an agreement in place.I e-signed the documents like I was asked on -/-/16. My husband said he told them that he 'll make the payment Friday because they told him that if he does not pay that they will pick up the vehicle.I 'm attaching the Extension agreement that was sent via email that I had to e-sign. I am also sending the recorded conversation of the phone call.
