Synchrony Financial Credit card department,
I am registering a complaint against PayPal Credit services for potentially fraudulent handling of my PayPal Extras MasterCard ending in -. For the billing cycle ending -/-/2016 with a balance of $500.00, I had mistakenly paid the bill twice. The initial payment was submitted electronically via my bank to a previously closed PayPal credit card, then upon receiving an email from PayPal that my balance was still outstanding, I proceeded submit payment again via the PayPal website only realizing later what had happened. Almost 5 months later, after multiple calls and a myriad of excuses, I have yet to receive either a refund check or a credit to my active PayPal account.
