Medical Disclosure verification of debt Right to dispute notice not received Virginia

I contacted Credit Control Corporation about a recent medical bill that is being handled by insurance. I also called regarding an old erroneous debt that a lender stated that I needed to pay even if the debt is disputed & not valid. After contacting the company, they read notes in the account to show that I contacted them in - regarding this debt which validated what I told the representative which is that this should not be a debt on my credit report because a money order was mailed to pay for this debt even though I am not responsible for this debt. I was advised that this debt ( $ - $67.00 - - ) would not be reported because it was being disputed, etc. However, months later it was reported & I called back regarding the debt and no supervisor, etc followed up with me to remove the debt as it was stated would be done. Fast forward 4 years, I contacted them to get this resolved because it is still lingering on my credit report, and I have been hung up on, advised no one can assist me there, advised I can not dispute this debt, and


- - popped on my credit report. This was never reported prior to the conversation with this rude individual. In addition, I was never notified on this debt ; I was never advised that this can be disputed, and I have no knowledge of this debt. I became aware of it through a credit monitoring service in which I subscribe. Through the credit report from my credit monitoring service, I saw that the " original creditor '' is - -. I did not authorized the services or treatment of - - during the time it was stated that this debt was delinquent. In -, all my medical appointments were provided through military-affiliated services - This debt all of a sudden reports on my credit report due to retaliation by employee ( s ) at this company who hung up on me as well as stated that she can not help me. This is in violation of my rights, and reporting this invalid, erroneous, and inaccurate date is damaging to me which is what the individual ( s ) who did this was trying to accomplish. I am not responsible for this debt. This debt is not valid, has not be validated, and I have never been made aware of this - debt so I can exercise my rights as an - citizen to dispute it. The timing is impeccable - 2 years after it was stated that it was delinquent. A year in which I never utilized or authorized the services of this group. Please investigate - erroneous medical collections with this company & assist me. Thank you
