U.S. Bancorp Credit card department,
I have a - - credit card with US Bank. I have been discriminated against. I do n't know why. Around last year, they ended one of the perks that was promised when I signed up for the credit card - it was the book one night get one night free. As compensation for discontinuing this perk, they were crediting account holders with free nights. I thought this was applicable to all account holders so I contacted them to ask why I was n't credited with free nights. They denied giving me any free nights. They provided no reason as to why I was denied. I know for a fact that they compensated other account holders. It 's an arbitrary and discriminatory system as to who they chose to give the free nights to. This should n't be the case since their removal of the perk affected all account holders equally. Unfortunately, I was one of the ones who they felt did n't merit fair and equal compensation. I 've been a loyal card holder that has never been late with my payments. I do n't know why I was singled out and discriminated against.
