I took out a personal loan with Wells Fargo -/-/-. I have several issues with the bank, which continue to be unresolved. So I will address only one issue at this time. My monthly payment is $210.00. Enclosed, please find that on -/-/-, a payment was made and the entire payment of $210.00 was applied only to interest. In addition, the balance never decreased due to this mistake. It still appears as $5000.00. The bank agreed to correct the mistake, but then changed it back to the original error. I am asking for assistance with the banks error. Thank you.
