Always pay my Amazon Chase Visa account online. On -/-/2016, I tried to access my online account to pay my account and found that it had suspended because of recent activity. It recommended I call the number on the back of my card. Doing so ensured an hour of transfers to various " fraud representatives '' that cited the same written retort. Your account has been suspended due to fraudulent activity. Public questionnaire was for some other persons information, therefore, failed to authenticate. Personal questions to identify me as the primary account owner and legal authorized user were disregarded ( as in they refused to ask me those identifying questions ). Finally, admitting that the account was suspended due to activity on -/-/2016 - the activity was a call made to Chase questioning a charge, now my account is suspended! Exhausted with the circle of lies and transfers that ended with every representative talking over me instead of listening to the issue, I requested that my card be canceled - amazingly they were did cancel my card even though they can not identify me as the actual authorized user but refuse to send me a statement showing charges on a $2500.00 credit card bill that now needs to be paid in full by -/-/2016. Truly, if my account was suspended due to suspicious activity then why did n't they call, email, text or suspend my card so that charges could n't be made?
