Debt collector refusing to mail verification of debt and refusing to notify of right to dispute. Called - about this debt on -/-/16 at -. In addition, debt collector hung up on me after refusing to send any information. This is my first attempt to gather information about this debt. I was under the impression that this debt had been settled many years ago.
