Midland Funding LLC bought my - - $6000.00 credit card debt ( Acct # - ) from - - - - -, - -, and -. I have requested from all the junk debt collectors in writing to stop the collections calls, provide verification of the debt, and provide ownership of the debt. I received abusive telephone harassment calls from all the junk debt collectors on this account at the same time but I did not receive the written documentation requested. They ignored my do not call letter. Midland Funding through their lawyer, - -, filed the -/-/2016 lawsuit # - against me. It was served at all hours of the day even at -. The process server even contacted my neighbor and illegally disclosed the debt. Even after my filing bankruptcy on -/-/2016 Midland Funding has not closed the lawsuit against me. The court had to dismiss the lawsuit on due to Lack of Service. Midland Funding misuses the legal system with lawsuits that they fail to support and only as an harassment tool to deceive and defraud the debtor.
