Bank of America Credit card department,

Identity theft / Fraud / Embezzlement California

I 've credited with bank of America. I lost my credit cards and also report to the bank and requested a new cards but never receive a new cards in mail. Recently I check my bank using online mobile app and it shown unnoticed balance as well with tremendous interest charge which I have no clue about.
