On - -, I submitted an application for a new business credit card with Chase and received an email that included the following : " We 'll let you know of our decision through U.S. mail within the next 30 days. Please do n't resubmit this application while waiting for our decision. '' On - -, I finally called the customer service center and was informed that the application was denied. No explanation was provided and I have yet to receive any communication from the company. This is unacceptable for a small business start up.
