I sent a Western Union transfer to an employee from my business account. The employee is in -. The transfer went out to -. The place where the employee is - -. When he went to pick up the money, he could n't get it because he is in - -. I called Western Union and they claim that they ca n't do anything but to cancel transfer, and I have to wait 1-7 days so that the hold can get off account before I can get that money to sent again. This is an emergency and I do n't understand if they are Western Union why does it have to be so difficult to change the location.
