Citibank Credit card department,
Was a customer of 10 years and apparently they tried to send me a letter about a policy change and they sent it to an out dated address. Today when I called about a new Best Buy ( Citigroup ) credit card for the account I am still making payments on. I am told that the account is closed. They never tried to call me and inquire about the mail be returned. Currently I have to go into a Best Buy location and make a payment because I can not pay online. They said I can apply for another credit card but they will be unable to merge the account so I am still unable to pay online on the old account. However I can pay the new account online.
