On - - I requested that Citibank stop mailing me convenience checks on all my accounts out of concern these could easily be stolen and used for fraud. I understand that some time is required to process this request but on - - I received my 3rd promotional mailing from Citibank that contained convenience checks. This is - days after my original request that these items be no longer mailed. Since when I called CitiBank the associated could n't provide me with the policy information around the timing for these promotional mailings to stop I am filing this complaint to first make sure Citibank will no longer mail out convenience checks to me, but also to understand how long Banks have to comply with the consumers demands around unsolicited marketing as that is how I view these convenience checks.
