Installment loan Problems when you are unable to pay California
I am a - year old widow with serious health issues. When I - I had - and went to a - - for several weeks with ultra high co-pays in addition to medication co-pays. Because I could no longer make payments to a debt management company, for distribution to American Express, - - - and - - Master Card I was dropped from the program. Now the above companies are demanding payment, but I am currently unable to pay. My only source of income is Social Security. In terms of health care I am a member of a Medicare HMO with high co-pays. My - has been struggling for the past several years and I am now -. The above companies refuse to give me more time to turn these events around. - - is insisting that I make a payment of over $500.00 by - -. American Express wants the current balance due of $1500.00 by -/-/-. This is impossible! The calls and notices are never ending. No one seems to be concerned about my current state of health even thought I have been a client in good standing for decades. In many ways I do consider this to be a form of " - abuse! '' Keep in mind that the above companies have tacked on considerable late fees and onerous interest rates above - %. Help!!
