Citibank Credit card department,
I have a Macy 's store card. I used the Macy 's site, well the CitiBank site who provides the card, to pay the full balance on the card. After paying the balance in full, Citi charged an additional fee. That fee rolled over into the next month generating an additional fee for having an unpaid balance. Essentially I used Citi 's tools to pay the full balance on the card and I was later charged another fee. I was not told of the fee and that fee rolled into the next month generating another fee.
