U.S. Bancorp Credit card department,
Closing/Cancelling account Virginia
I opened a business credit card account with Union Bank and - last year with cards for my employees. I do not have a card because I do n't need -. In - of this year they sold my account to a new servicer but did n't include my information as the account and business owner. Since then I have been trying to pay my bill, but I ca n't access the account because I do n't have a card and the new servicing company, - -, requires that I make a new credit application in order to be added to the account and gain access - to an account I already applied for and already own. - The account sale happened without me being notified - Once the account sale happended, my balances are being incorrectly displayed on my online account - when my payment was due, I asked that it be paid and a much larger balance was taken from my account than was showed in online banking - I am not allowed to access the accounts by phone or online even though I am the financially responsible party - the new financial institution/account owner has said that they are going to require me to make a new application, force me to provide my SSN and other non-public data to a company with whom I do n't wish to have a relationship, whom I do n't have a privacy policy for and who has n't been willing to give me access to an account that I technically already own anyway.
