Bank of America Credit card department,
Bank of America sent me a new credit card with the reason that they stated was to protect my security. I had automatic payments set up with their bill pay site. I got a letter from them saying I missed a payment. I called them and said I was on auto pay. I was told I never set up a new bill pay with new credit card number, I-was never told to do that and their was statement with my new card stating I should do that. They charged me a - dollar fee. Then today I got a letter in the mail saying they reduced my credit card limit because of missed payment.
