I have a - Credit Card and make my monthly payments online. However, for the past months, every single time I make a payment online, the transaction goes through and then there 's a " payment reversal ''. I 've contacted the credit card company to inquire on the reason why this happens and they can not give me -. They 've made up different excuses as to why the payment is reversed and the common one is blaming my bank that they do not process the payment. However, I 've contacted my bank and they have not received any transactions from this company. Another reason is that I do not have the sufficient funds to cover my payment which is UNTRUE. I make my payments on time and sometimes before the due date and by more than the minimum, but they return them. This results in reporting a negative report to the credit bureaus and the reason I got this credit card was to re-establish my credit after a bankruptcy. I 've tried working with them in resolving this matter but nobody can help and I just get the run around. The only options they give me is to pay through - - or check but I will have to pay an additional fee that I do not pay through online. I began paying my bill online and did n't have a problem until - 2015 and ever since, every single online payment I make results in " payment reversal ''.
