Identity theft / Fraud / Embezzlement Washington

I recently learned that ( - ) credit card accounts with American Express were recently opened in someone else 's name with my social security number and Date of Birth this past - of 2015. I also know that this was originated with a - address ; - - - - -, - -, -- to which I have never resided. I have now lived - for the past - years. I have since filed a complaint now with the CFPB with the credit reporting companies and felt it is necessary to also single out the individual creditor.
