American Express ( AME- ) violated my FTC right to charge back a debt by declining a legitimate charge-back of $1100.00 for my -/-/- at the - - -. The hotel 's dirty pool failed state inspections and put my husband in the hospital with a - - that cost $15000.00 ( Doc : My letter dated -/-/- ). AME- committed BAD FAITH by reducing its Over Time Repayment Services and wrongfully declining a credit card charge to my computer repair company. I closed the AME- account and returned my charge card on -/-/- ( Doc : My letter dated -/-/- ). AME- failed to provide a requested response to my -/-/- letter. I wrote a CEASE AND DESIST DEMAND letter dated -/-/- to stop the daily harassing telephone collection calls ( Doc : My letter date -/-/- ).
AME- sued me using the debt collector firm. - - - -, on -/-/- and won a default judgment on -/-/-. On -/-/- AME- attempted to illegally garnish my checking account but the account was overdrawn and it failed. It was an illegal garnishment because my only income is - which can not be garnished. On -/-/- the lawsuit was dismissed due to my bankruptcy. AME- and - violated the FDCPA by failing to provide the -/-/- demanded VALIDATION OF THE DEBT. All our letters were mailed Certified Mail. I do not owe AME- anything because of it BAD FAITH AND ITS FDCPA LAW BREAKING.
