I saw the Citibank thank you preferred card ad a couple months ago about the offer that I can get - bonus point when I spend $1500.00 within first 3 months if I did n't close an old thank you card account within -. This is my very first credit with citibank so I went ahead and applied for it, I got approved, spent a couple thousands. Only later I found out the offer was n't applied to my account, so I called them asking about it, the manager I talked to said she will be able to help me to put this offer back into my account and will call me back when this is done. I waited for a month and a half, never heard back from her. So I decided to call in again today, I spoke with another manager and he offered me - points instead of - which I was supposed to get. That is -/-/- of what I was offered.
