I had a financial hardship in the months of -/-/-, -/-/- -/-/- and was n't able to make my car note on time. I called Nissan and told them that I would be late making my payments and wanted to know if I could get my due date adjusted. Nissan refused to do such but instead kept calling my home after - up until - at least - times or more each day. Kept telling me you need to make your payment and I told the representative that I was having a hardship and had called to let them know and was refused payment arrangements. So Nissan put late 90 days on my credit report and now I am having a hard time getting credit to buy things that I need due to the 90 day late status on my credit report.
