The - department was paid after I had an auto accident by - insurance PIP coverage. They are attempting to double bill me to collect an additional $230.00 which is not owed. I received a collection letter from - - in -, NJ. The representatives refused to identify themselves and they are accessing my private information which I did not authorize. Any person accessing private information for my security and that of my family should be required by law to identify their fist and last name. I was hung up on by a person called - - who was a supervisor if that is indeed her name.
