The next due date would be -/-/- and therefore the payment in question if received on -/-/- would have been late. However, on the statement the payment was posted on -/-/-. I am in the finance business and I have been leasing my vehicles since - without ever missing a payment. For your review I have attached the following : Print Activity Report generated by my business account with - Bank - - of my credit report showing Late of - reflecting - on my - Report BMW Payment History Copies of my -, - and - Account Statement - - Report showing - - - with the 30 day delinquency showing in - -. First, let me state that my payment history is consistently on time or within the 30 day period. I had a previous BMW about 8 years ago and paid the account on time as well. In addition, my credit report shows all of my accounts on time. I spoke with
I am under a purchase agreement building a new home and I am extremely concerned that my score being affected so dramatically going from - down to - could affect my ability to obtain a mortgage especially since I have $35000.00 at risk with the builder. I respectively request that the - date late payment reported be reversed and reported as current. I am hoping that you take my overall credit profile into consideration as well as my credit history with BMW as well. BMW of North America- Account # : Dear Mr. : On - -, - I wrote a letter to BMW Financial Services concerning a report made to the credit bureau where I made a payment that was received and posted the same day BMW reported my account to be more than 30 days past due. Rather than taking too much of your time you can review the correspondence related to this action. I did speak with - of your - - - who was less than receptive to working with me in order to give me a one-time waiver since the payment was at - sent via electronic mail sent by my Bank on - - and received - -, -. If you were to look at my credit profile you would see that all of my payments have historically been on time. I am also in the process of building a new home which we have downsized from the home we just sold recently and we have our mortgage approval, but conditional based upon final information that must be supplied included an updated credit report. I 'm sure you understand what a 30 day late being reported does to a person 's credit profile or credit score. I have $35000.00 at risk which I will lose if I do n't have the requisite credit score required. I respectfully request that BMW change it 's reporting of my credit score to current for the - -, - payment. I do understand that that my account history is not perfect, but all of my payments have been within the 30 day window which triggers a late charge when the account is over 9 days old. I am also making all of my payments direct to BMW Financial. Please consider my request favorably as I believe I have showed my ability to make sure my payments are and have been on time.
