I totalled my vehicle in -. After paying my deductible and confirming that I did indeed have gap insurance through the dealer from which I purchased my vehicle, the matter should have been settled. Now, six months later BMW financial is attempting to collect money from me in the amount of more than -. They also ran my credit when I attempted to buy a replacement car. After the credit was ran they told me the vehicle for which my credit had been ran was no longer available putting an inquiry on my credit for no reason. The claim number is - adjuster was - -
