Synchrony Financial Credit card department,
For the third year in a row I have not received a check for rewards from Sam 's Club Rewards credit card. Amounts due are always on statement, that 's how I know I have cash amount due. Each year they say they sent it with my statement. Previous years they sent a new check. This year ( -/-/2016 ) I was told by a representative that they no longer issue replacement checks. They stated they would credit my account and did not give a time frame. I called back ( -/-/16 ) and was told 30 days for a refund that was due in cash, but is now a credit. I am writing as i imagine there may be other complaints, as this is not the first time Sam 's Club has not kept up their end of the bargain, as a few years ago I had restitution for early hours not being honored. I do n't expect anything more to come of this but awareness and timely, accurate retrieval of funds owed, and accurate information from phone calls. Thank you.
