Im writing in regards to my father. He has since passed away. He sold his house to my husband and my self in -/-/- we have been having difficulty paying our mortgage. All the paperwork that comes in regards to this is also sent in his name. Why? I have a copy of the original mortgage that show we took out he mortgage. He has since passed away from - and we need to get this straightened out.
