Hi my name is - - I have a loan with NationStar # - property - - - - -, CA - I have been trying to avoid foreclosure by requesting a loan modification form my lender, i believe i am a victim of predatory lending and my lender is engaging in violations of the Home Owners Bill Of Rights such as dual tracking. they have refused to work with us to obtain an affordable mortgage payments.
