My mortgage was sold to Nationstar Mortgage by -. I received notice from - concerning the sale, but never received the information about my loan from Nationstar. After many phone calls, this was straightened out, however Nationstar is not honoring the repayment terms according to my original loan. I have electronic payments automatically sent twice a month with a total that exceeds my payment. Nationstar consistently holds the funds without applying them to my account. They then repeatedly contact me falsely claiming that they have not received any payments.
