Unable to get credit report/credit score Problem getting my free annual report Texas

I went online to get - reports. I got -. Then tried to get the other -. Equifax asked security questions and none applied to me. I have been sick a few years but I know they did not apply. - asked questions and the said I could not be verified. I knew one question was wrong. My complaint is that they want a copy of my driver 's license and a utility bill. I live partially with my daughter. I can not provide that. Is this a way to discriminate against older people with health problems? Just going to the post office for this is a chore. My delinquent debts are from a time in the past few years where it was either eat or pay a bill. I would like to get this straight but ca n't. I also think you should be better monitoring how these - can contribute to ruined lives with impunity.
