This court ordered agreement I am in now is to pay back my ex-wifes welfare which is a SPECIOUS JUDGEMENT PROCURED BY FRAUD, RECKLESS ABUSE OF AUTHORITY BY A CONTRACTED WELFARE JUDGE -/-/-. Rule 54 mn civil procedure violated blundered with obscurity, vague and unconstitutional.
