My mortgage company keeps showing a large outstanding balance online and in statements which is not due. Customer services keeps saying it is a glitch in their system and to ignore it. At this point I dont trust what I owe them and I want a full accounting of what I have paid to made sure it was applied properly. I want a full history for two years because this has been going on that long. I was behind and I think they are taking advantage of that.
