Unsolicited issuance of credit card Massachusetts
My mother, - -, died on - -, 2011 and shortly after an electronic application for a credit card with American Express was submitted using her date of birth and the name - -. The address used was in -, Massachusetts. I have not been able to obtain a copy of the electronic submission. I am the executor of the estate.
